We are looking for a competent ( Store Keeper) you will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing the store , and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals.
- Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain the stores.
- Pick and pack orders for delivery.
- Prepare accurate documentation for shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Recording all inventory transactions, including deliveries, returns, and adjustments.
- Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Performing other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
Qualifications:
+ 3-4 years of professional experience in a related or relevant job field/position.
High school , Diploma in business administration, inventory management, and basic accounting.
The ability to pay particular attention to detail, as supervising the store .
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
