• Equipment Operation:
• Operate JCB machinery, including backhoes, excavators, and loaders, to perform tasks such as digging, grading, trenching, and material handling.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment in compliance with company and industry standards.
• Site Preparation:
• Assist in site preparation activities by clearing debris, excavating, and leveling the terrain as required for construction projects.
• Work closely with the construction team to understand project specifications and contribute to achieving project goals.
• Maintenance and Inspection:
• Conduct regular inspections of JCB equipment to identify and address any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating, cleaning, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the construction site.
• Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately to the supervisor.
• Communication:
• Collaborate with construction team members and site supervisors to coordinate activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven 2-3 years of experience as a JCB Driver or similar heavy equipment operation role.
• Valid driver’s license and certification to operate heavy machinery.
• In-depth knowledge of JCB equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Physical fitness and stamina to withstand long hours of operation.

Job Types: Full-time as per UAE labor law.
