KITCHEN CLEANERS – 4No.s

Require an experienced Kitchen Helper with below mentioned requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of food, including washing, chopping, and slicing vegetables, and marinating meats.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours by assembling and packaging food orders efficiently.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as woks, fryers, and steamers under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of food products.
• Receive and store food supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast food or restaurant setting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Job Type: 12hrs duty
