Full job description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced MEP Engineer with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Oversee and manage MEP installations on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate MEP activities with overall project requirements.
AutoCAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying MEP drawings as needed during the construction phase.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the proper functioning of MEP systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and work progress reports.
Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote safety protocols on-site, ensuring a secure working environment.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems, offering innovative solutions when required.
Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering is compulsory.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a MEP Electrical site engineer in the MEP fit-out industry.
- Experience in both Interior and MEP fit-out projects is preferred.
- Knowledge in all MEP services.(HVAC,Plumbing,Electrical and Fire Fighting)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Previous experience as an MEP Electrical Site Engineer in the UAE is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
