  • Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel products.
  • Customize travel packages to meet individual client requirements.
  • Promote and sell travel packages, flights, accommodation, and other travel services.
  • Process bookings accurately and efficiently using company systems.
  • Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, car rentals, and excursions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Manage a client database and keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and new products.
  • Continuously update knowledge of travel products, services, and promotions
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand the market and enhance sales strategies.
  • Participate in promotional activities, travel fairs, and events to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Contribute to social media and online marketing efforts to boost brand visibility.


  • Bachelor’s Degree: Often in travel and tourism, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)) can be advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous UAE experience in travel sales is preferred.
  • Familiar with Galileo , Abacus , Amadeus software is an advantage
