- Greeting and seating guests.
- Proven 2year of experience in the same field.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
- Serving food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Checking in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
- Handling guest complaints or special requests professionally.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Setting and clearing tables.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Following food safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
