Full job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to be responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies in our company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure all items are stored and organized efficiently to facilitate easy access and retrieval. The Store Keeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring the smooth operation of the store room.


– Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory items.

– Organize and maintain the storage area for easy access and retrieval of items.

– Inspect and verify incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.

– Prepare and maintain stock reports and inventory records.

– Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

– Monitor inventory levels and submit purchase requisitions as needed.

– Adhere to safety and security protocols to protect inventory and maintain a safe working environment.

– Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and address any issues.

– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for inventory management.

– Proven 3-4 years of experience as a Store Keeper or similar role in the construction industry.

– Proficient in inventory management software and systems.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills.

– Knowledge of safety and security guidelines for handling inventory.

– Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards for inventory management.

– Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.

– Immediately Joiner will be preferable.
